Client - Pasta La Vista (Pasta Sauce)

Pasta La Vista was founded by a talented home chef, Lara Kirpalani. She came up with the brand name and engaged with Lumos to work with her branding. We kickstarted the project with the logo, along with the menu, and packaging. Her logo showcased a clean and minimalist look, allowing the target audience to focus on the simplicity of the brand (and her products).

The project aimed to convey Pasta La Vista’s product nature; convenient, simple and fail-proof. We decided to go with a branding scheme that is synonymous with all of those by focusing on an all-black-and-white template with a splash of colour.

Food is extremely versatile and as brand managers, we must allocate room for growth and expansion. Having a brand name of “Pasta La Vista”, somewhere may submerge the possibility of looking into other product lines. However, by highlighting its key product, pasta sauces, together we built a business that allowed her to expand into more product lines as subsidiaries of the home-based company.

 

Pasta La Vista has successfully created a new product line called “Finger Licking Good”, without taking away what they’re best known for; their top-notch, quality pasta sauces.
